It is New Years once again! 2017 flew by and 2018 is coming in full force.
I have been putting effort into my new year’s resolutions for a few years now. I feel that having a general plan for the future gives me the motivation to make it happen.
This past year I have been a bit slack in my fitness routine. I aimed for 2-3 gym sessions a week and it ended up being 1-2 times. In 2018, I am going to be going to the gym 4-5 times a week. It will be different this year because I can join a new cycle gym in town and hopefully, this will kick start my motivation. In 2017, I only went to the gym during the weekdays. This will change in 2018, I am hoping to get to the gym on the weekends as well. Adding the weekends will make going 4-5 times a week a lot easier.
I am slowly getting better at cooking. Very Slowly. This year I would like to try making a new recipe every week. I would specify healthy recipes but I also want to try some baking as well.
2017 was a steady year for me. Didn’t lose business but also didn’t gain as much as I had wanted. This year, I would like to come up with more products and put more efforts into social media. I am also going to try and keep at this blog. I would like it to be my creative outlet since I no longer work in a creative space full time.
